An application must be submitted to the Gaming Commission for any charitable gaming on Ho-Chunk Nation lands and must be authorized by the Gaming Commission prior to the event. Charitable gaming is to be conducted by a Ho-Chunk Nation organization on the Nation's lands for the benefit of the general welfare programs or for the benefit of Tribal Members. A Charitable Gaming Event Summary Form must be completed and submitted to the Gaming Commission within ten (10) calendar days after the event date.
Persons of all ages may participate in charitable Class II gaming approved by the Gaming Commission.
