Cori Blaschke has served as a Gaming Commissioner for the Nation since being appointed in 2014. She has earned two prestigious certifications as a Gaming Commissioner - one from the Indian Gaming Association (IGA) and another from the National Tribal Gaming Commissioners & Regulators (NTGCR) Academy. She has also completed one Master level from IGA.
In addition to her role at the commission, Cori is an active member of the NTGCR Executive Board. In 2024 she was elected to her third consecutive two-year term as the Treasurer of this national organization. Her involvement with NTGCR is voluntary, reflecting her commitment to the advancing tribal gaming regulations and practices.
Before joining the commission, Cori accumulated 12 years of operational experience in tribal gaming. She started her gaming career in the Revenue Audit Department where she received the United States of America Department of Defense – The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve – Patriotic Employer Award in 2009, an honor bestowed upon her while serving as Revenue Audit Manager.

Dolores “Dee Dee” Greendeer was appointed to her second term as Gaming Commission on July 27, 2023. Dee Dee comes to the Commission with approximately 15 years of operational experience. Dee Dee started her gaming career in the Slot Department where she held titles such as Slot Technician, Assistant Lead Slot Technician, Slot Supervisor and Director of Slot Operations. Prior to working in operations she was an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
Dee Dee has held many jobs within the nation and the community. Youth Coordinator, Home-School Coordinator, Office Manager for Youth Services. Wal-Mart Distribution as a Dry Order filler. HHCDA maintenance-renovating houses. ServiceMaster cleaning commercial building. Served in the US Army as a Wire Systems Installer.
Dee Dee is Ho-Chunk, comes from a family of 9, 5 sisters and 2 ½ brothers. Grew up in Wyeville, Wisconsin and lives in Tomah, Wisconsin. Has three adult children and a dozen grandchildren. Take much pride of each and everyone. Belongs to the traditional way of life.
Toni Blackdeer was appointed to her second term as Gaming Commissioner on July 27, 2023. Toni comes to the Commission with 16 years of surveillance experience and 6 years of compliance experience. Toni was selected as the Vice Chair for the Commission in 2022 and still serves today. Toni also held positions with the Ho-Chunk Nation such as Compliance Agent, Compliance Director, Director of Personnel just to name a few.
Toni graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and Sociology.
Toni Funmaker was appointed to her first term as Gaming Commissioner on July 27, 2023. Toni comes to the Commission with 33 years of operational experience. Toni started her gaming career in Milwaukee, WI, at the Potawatomi Resort and Casino as a Bingo Floor Checker. Toni later returned home and continued her gaming career in Table Games were she held positions such as Dealer, Floor, Pit, and Shift Supervisor.
Greg Garvin was recently appointed to the Gaming Commission after serving as an Executive Manager, Executive Director of Business. Mr. Garvin previously served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman when serving on the Ho-Chunk Nation Gaming Commission from 1997-2000. Garvin also served as Chief Administrative Officer in the Nation’s Department of Business and as the Administrative Officer for the Ho-Chunk Nation Office of the President. Garvin is a graduate of Haskell Indian Nation’s University (Haskell Indian Jr. College) as well as the University of Northern Iowa where he taught and was published.
