All Employees working or being hired to work in a gaming position, are required to go through the gaming license process in order to work on the gaming floor.
The Gaming License are currently broken down into three categories:

Prior to starting the licensing process, the Applicant will generally start by being offered a position with a department at the respective gaming facility. Once offered a position, they will sign an Intent to hire form. Once this form is received by the Licensing Investigator the investigator will begin the licensing process.

It is the responsibility of the Licensee (gaming employee) to keep the gaming commission updated regarding changes to your personal information and any other information as required to include criminal history.
To do so, log into the licensing software under your account, go to “My PRYME”, under “Resources” Choose the “Change of Information” form, complete it and hit the save and submit button. Please make sure to provide any documentation as needed.
This will be directed to the on-site Licensing Investigator, who will in return update your information into the license software and contact you if they have any questions or require any further information/documents.
The Ho-Chunk Nation uses Merydyan PRYME as their licensing software and no longer accepts paper gaming license applications.
