  • Unethical gaming related acts such as internal and external cheats and scams.
  • Unethical conduct related to theft, fraud, embezzlement, and counterfeiting.
  • Solicitation or acceptance of vendor or player bribes and kickbacks.
  • Possession or sale of any illegal substance.

What not to report:

  •   Personnel matters such as harassment, abuse, or employee performance.

The Ho-Chunk Nation Gaming Commission set up an ethics hotline via email to promote a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability. HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Human trafficking is modern-day slavery and involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act. Millions of men, women, and children are trafficked into forced labor situations and into the sex trade worldwide.

It is a crime that is often “hidden in plain sight” and targets the most vulnerable members of society. Victims can be any age, race, gender, or nationality. American Indians and Alaska Natives have been identified as particularly vulnerable populations in the United States, due to factors including, but not limited to poverty, previous abuse, and historical trauma.

Human trafficking is different from human smuggling. Trafficking is exploitation-based and does not require movement across borders or any type of transportation (smuggling).
